Why work with a coach?
When you hire a coach driver, you trust the driver to get you from point A to point B safely and effectively while you focus on what is really important.
The same principle applies at work, where a coach, or thought partner as I prefer to call it, doesn’t need to be an expert in your field but rather a skilled guide in process and methodology, helping you unveil answers to pertinent questions. Achieving peak performance and continuous improvement is far more challenging on your own.
My Approach
With over 30 years in coaching, human resources, and diversity management (D&I), I’ve worked in multicultural, matrixed environments, specializing in supporting executives and their teams.

Currently based in Brussels, I was born in Bogotá and hold British, Belgian, and Colombian nationalities. My experiences working and living in countries like Mexico, the USA, Japan, the UK, France, and Switzerland have expanded my horizons and deepened my appreciation for people in their cultural contexts.

I use various coaching frameworks, including the GROW Model, Behavioral Coaching, therapeutic techniques, and system psychodynamics, adapting my approach to suit individual needs, client styles, and organizational cultures. These frameworks, whether applied separately or in combination, focus on open-ended questioning and holding space for clients’ insights to emerge. I see myself as a facilitator, highlighting potential blind spots and fostering insights without imposing interpretations.
