About Me

As a Colombian-Belgian in my fifties, I’ve pursued life’s meaning since childhood, viewing my journey as a series of evolving questions shaped by global experiences in cities like Bogotá, Tokyo, Brussels, and more. My lifelong learning combines theoretical rigor with practical application, from early studies in law and business in Colombia to roles with the European Union and advanced studies in international politics and commerce.

Guided by a fascination with human complexity, I built a career in HR for multinationals, where I gained expertise in leadership, coaching, and psychometrics. My interests also led me to study and explore. practices like sophrology, reiki, Neuro-Linguistic Programming  and Recently, I deepened my skills in executive leadership coaching at INSEAD and therapeutic studies, adding systemic Constellations training in 2024.

Passionate about connecting with others, I thrive in sharing ideas over a meal or nature walk. My structured, curious, and positive approach blends intercultural insights with a commitment to creating impact through thoughtful questions in a safe, confidential space.
